"Refund came back sooner than I expected"
I had to send back a pair that didn’t fit my son, i wasn’t sure how long the whole refund thing would take. But I mailed it back and the money showed up a few days later. No hassle, no confusing emails or anything like that. Easy overall, which I wasn’t totally expecting

my kid’s shoes arrived in really good shape, which was a relief. i always get a little worried the shipping box will show up crushed or torn, but this one looked totally fine.
the shoe box inside was clean too and didn’t have dents all over it. the tissue paper was still in place, and the shoes themselves looked perfect.

overall, i’m happy with how everything was packed. it was just a simple order, but it showed up without any issues

"Solid stock when I needed it"
I found the kids’ sneakers my son wanted in his size, which was a win. A couple of colors were sold out, but the selection was still better than what I was seeing on other sites. Easy choice overall.

In the end, the shoes showed up exactly when they said they would, which was the best part. I didn’t have to chase anything down or wonder where the package was, so the whole order felt really easy.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son and was a little nervous they wouldn’t make it before school started. He’d been excited to wear them the first week, so I kept checking the tracking. Thankfully, the updates were super easy to follow and the package showed up exactly on the day they said it would. The box looked fine when it arrived, too. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely order again

The site was easy to use overall, and I found my son’s size quicker than I expected. The filters were helpful, especially sorting by brand and color. That said, a few pages loaded slowly on my phone, and some of the size details weren’t as clear as they should be. Checkout was simple and I didn’t run into any major issues, but I do think they should at least acknowledge the slow loading and unclear sizing info. I’d still use the site again, but I’d appreciate an apology or some improvement there

"Checkout was quick, no weird hiccups"
I ordered from kidsfootlocker.com and the checkout part was smooth. I found the shoes I wanted, picked the size, added them to the cart, and paid without having to fight the page. Sometimes checkout pages get weird right when you’re almost done, like freezing or making you re-enter stuff, but this one didn’t do any of that. I was kind of expecting at least one little issue, because that’s usually how online orders go for me, but nope. The order page was clear, everything moved fast, and the confirmation email showed up right after. So yeah, easy experience overall.

"Faster delivery than I expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son and they actually got here sooner than I thought they would. The tracking updated regularly, and the box showed up in good shape with no damage. Compared to a few other places I’ve ordered from lately, this was definitely smoother and quicker. Happy overall, no complaints from me

They did get back to me quickly, and the person I spoke with was nice and helped fix the issue with my order without making it complicated. I do feel like an apology would’ve been nice since there was a problem in the first place, but overall I’m happy they responded fast and got it sorted.

"Surprisingly solid shoes for my kid"
I ordered these sneakers for my son, the quality is really good. They looked just like the pictures when they arrived and feel sturdy, not like those cheap pairs that some brands try to pass off as kids’ shoes. He wears them almost every day to school and for running around, and they’re still holding up well. I’m happy with them and would definitely buy again.
